There are only 10 kinds of people in the world: Those who know binary,

This barely sweet, slightly spicy, sandwich cooks up fast, and serves 4.
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast
- 4 Sesame buns
- Lettuce
- Cheddar cheese
- Olive oil
- 1 Egg
- Spices (See below)
- Sauce (See below)
Spices Ingredients
- 2 tsp. Sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. Ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp. Mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 Tbl. Mayo
- 1/4 cup Plain yogurt
- 1 Tbl. White wine
- 2 tsp. Mustard
- 1 tsp. Sesame oil
- 1 Tbl melted honey
- 1/2 tsp Fresh ginger, pasted
- 1/2 tsp. Fresh garlic, pasted
- 2 pinches Salt
Directions
- Sauce:Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Mix spices list in a bowl.
- Beat egg in a third bowl.
- Slice chicken into pinky-thin pieces as wide as possible.
- One at a time: dunk chicken in egg.
- Place chicken in spice mixture, and rub it on throughly.
- Add oil to pan and heat to high.
- Place chicken pieces in pan, & cook throughly, flipping once. You will likely need to add additional olive oil when you flip them.
- Add sauce to pan, cover, and cook 2 more minutes.
- Chicken with sauce, lettuce, & cheese go on the (toasted) buns.
