Joke of the Week
There are only 10 kinds of people in the world: Those who know binary,
and those who don't.
Easy to make, cheap as dirt, and mighty tasty, these beans do require over 18 hours to prepare, so plan ahead, or cook them and freeze in advance. If you opt to freeze, separate into small containers, and add some water upon thawing.
Combine these with tortillas & cheese to make great burritos.

- Water
- Dried Beans (kidney, pinto, red, etc.)
- 1 Large Onion (~1.5-2 Cups)
