Lucious Oatmeal

Serves 2.

Ingredients

• 2 Cups whole Milk
• 1 inch of cinnamon stick (optional)
• 1 bag apple cinnamon tea
• 2 Tbl. Walnuts (finely crushed)
• 1 Cup Rolled oats
• 0.25 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 0.5 tsp. cinnamon powder
• 1 Tbl. butter
• 2 Tbl. heavy cream
• Brown sugar to taste

Directions

1. Slowly heat the tea bag (and 1 inch cinnamon stick, if available) in a small pot until boiling. Stir often to avoide the milk sticking.
2. Discard teabag.
3. Add rolled oats & walnuts. Reduce heat to medium & continue stirring for 3-5 minutes until thick & goopy.
4. Add vanilla, cinnamon powder, salt, & butter.
5. Serve & top with heavy cream, & brown sugar to taste
